Sligo were unfortunate not to come away with a win when the two sides met in Round 3 in Letterkenny, some late scores by Donegal enabling them to snatch a 1-16 to 2-12 win. Sligo will be anxious to avoid the drop to Division 3B, and if they can grasp the opportunity to show their true potential this time out, they are well capable of retaining their position in the upper division for next season.
