COISTE CHONTAE SHLIGIGH Sligo GAA County Board
It has come to the attention of Sligo GAA County Board that businesses and individuals are being contacted to purchase advertising space with the impression being given, that a percentage will benefit the association through its various units in the county.
None of the revenue from this activity will benefit Sligo GAA or the Senior football panel preparations. No permission has being given to any person or group to generate income in any form on behalf of the board. Any material or publication, if it has permission which is then of benefit to Sligo GAA will carry the Official GAA County Crest which is a registered trademark.
Sligo GAA County Board have only one Official Fundraising Draw which the Sligo Senior Panel launched this week. Proceeds from this draw will go towards the team's preparations for the Connacht Final on July 15th as well as expenditure on the other county teams and the ongoing development of the Centre of Excellence at Scarden. These tickets are available through the Clubs, County Officers and on line at www.sligogaa.ie
