The county senior hurling championship semi-finals take place on Sat.

afternoon next Sept. 21st at Tourlestrane. In the first semi-final at 2pm the

current champions Calry-St. Joseph's will be looking to defend their

title against a Naomh Eoin team who have put in some strong performances

throughout the season. In the second semi-final at 4pm the beaten finalist from last year

Coolera-Strandhill will be taking on Western Gaels with both vying to progress

to the final in Oct. We wish all four semi-finalists every success in their respective matches.

Elsewhere most of the underage hurling competitions have now concluded

successfully which is great credit to all of the organisers involved.
