Our U-8’s & U-10’s got their campaign off to a good
start when St Michaels provided the opposition at Páirc Ailbhe on Wednesday
evening last. Two very enjoyable and sporting contests ensued with all of our
debutants doing the club proud. For the record, Geevagh came out on top at the
U-8 grade with St Michaels claiming victory at U-!0 level.

married recently in St Joseph’s Church, Geevagh. The merging of two sporting
families can only be good for the game!
A rampant senior football team overwhelmed St Pat’s, in Páirc
Ailbhe in round 3 of the Division 1
League on Sunday last. With our county men back in blue, Geevagh were in
sparkling form and ran out comfortable winners. Bunninadden provide the opposition
in round 4 due to be played next weekend.
A large turnout enjoyed a one day Easter camp held in the sports
field recently. Many thanks to Teresa O’Rourke who organised & coordinated
the event.
