Intermediate: In rd9 of the SFL Div 2, Easkey lost to Cloonacool 1-10 to 8 points. Next game is at home to Owenmore Gaels date and time tbc. The championship has been put back to 2/3rd of August.

Junior: The next round of the junior league is at home to Ballymote, date and time tbc. 
1st round of the championship takes place on the weekend of the 19/20th July away to St.Marys.

Minor: 4 goals from Kevin Duffy helped Easkey to a comfortable win over St.Johns on Thursday last in rd1 of the A championship, final score 4-11 to 1-04. 
As the hurling championship continues this week, the next round is on Thursday July 17th away to local rivals Castleconnor. 

u16 A Championship: Easkey travelled to Owenmore Gaels on Monday, but we were unable to field a team.
Next game is Tuesday 15th vs Coolera/Strandhill in Easkey at 7pm

u12B: Our u12s lost to a strong St.Farnans on Tuesday. Next game is away to Tourlestrane on 22nd.

u8/u10: All enjoyed the  blitz at Markievicz Park on Saturday. Thank you to all involved.

Injury: Best wishes to Eugene Mullen who is having an operation on a knee injury this week, we hope to see him back in the blue jersey soon!

Minor Hurling: The Championship continues with Easkey/St.Farnans away to Coolera/Strandhill this Friday.
u16 Hurling: The u16 hurlers are away to Tubbercurry today Wednesday at 7.30pm.
Monday 14th, we are due to play Western Gaels in Easkey, time tbc
u12 Hurling: The u12 hurlers are away to Drumcliff/Rosses Pt. on Tuesday next.

Best wishes to our local lads playing with the county u16 hurling team this Saturday in Galway.

Sligo minors: Hard luck to the sligo minors who lost their Connacht Championship game to Galway recently. 
Jack Scott and Ryan McKenna were part of the panel for the year while Noel McGuire was a selector.

Good luck to the u16 Sligo team vs Westmeath on Wednesday, in the Fr.Manning Cup.

Well done to all our young local musicians who took part in the Connacht Fleadh in Castlebar at the weekend, and congrats to those who now go on to the All-Ireland Fleadh in Sligo in August.

A weekly cycle will take place on Wednesdays for all interested. Starting point will be the pitch.

The Joe Kenny Memorial Cycle will take place on Saturday 20th September in Easkey.
