Hard luck to the U14 team who lost the 'A' League final to Eastern Harps last Friday on a scoreline of (3-7) to (3-5). They now turn their attention to the Championship with a home game against Tubbercurry on 1st August.

 

The Senior team had a hard fought (1-13) to (2-7) win over St Michaels in the league last Saturday. The team was: Donal Tuohy, Colin Harte, Paul Higgins, Keith McMorrow, Niall Brennan, Frank Quinn, Niall Henry, Joe Henry (1-0), Liam O'Connell (0-1), Ciaran O'Connor, Paddy O'Grady (0-2), David Quinn (0-3), Keith Candon, Joe Quinn (0-5), Michael Hannon (0-2). The Junior team had a great 3-22 to 1-9 away win over Coolera/Strandhill in the league on Sunday. They are out next Sunday also against Coolera/Strandhill in the Junior Championship at 1.30PM in Ballintogher.

 

The U12 team take on Curry at home this Tuesday at 6.30PM – please support.

 

There was no winner of the lotto last weekend – the numbers drawn were 11,14,16, 24 – the jackpot now stands at €1,300 with the next draw in Des McDonaghs on Sat 2nd August.
