Great win for our senior hurlers in the SHC beating Western Gaels 2-9 to 0-3 in Kent Park last Sunday evening. Paul Connolly got both goals and the other scorers were Arron Corcoran and Shane Murphy 0-1, Matt Davey 0-4, Gerard O'Kelly-Lynch 0-4.
Our Minors had a narrow win over Tourlestrane on Thursday by 1-10 to 1-9 in the Minor Hurling championship round robin. Cathal Jordan got a crucial goal in last minute. Other scorers Tony O'Kelly-Lynch 0-4, Gerard O'Kelly-Lynch 0-4, and Conor McGovern 0-2.
The U14 hurlers lost heavily to Drumcliffe/Rosses Pt in last round of the league on Friday evening.

Good luck to our players on the county U-21 Hurling team who start their Connacht Championship campaign in Markievicz Park next Wednesday at 7.30pm. Gerard O'Kelly-Lynch captained the Sligo minor hurlers at their All Ireland blitz last Saturday and top-scored for the county. Tony O'Kelly-Lynch and Paul Kilcoyne also played for the county minors.
