Our Senior team had a good, well deserved win over Ballymote in Markievicz Park last Sunday, where conditions were excellent for the game in hand and CooleraStrandhill won out to a score of 3.12 to 0.9 in the Belfry Senior Football Championship bringing us to top of the table and looking forward to the quarter finals. 

Last week was a busy one for the club on the hurling front, on Wednesday eve last our U16 hurlers had a close win away to Tubbercurry.

On Thursday our minor panel came out on top in a very closely

contested championship match with Naomh Eoin. On Fri. night

our U14 hurlers lost out to a strong side from Drumcliffe/Rosses Point at home.  Next our U12 hurlers take on Castleconnor in a final at 6.15pm
