All Donegal supporters in particular please note tickets are now on sale for 2 All Ireland football finals tickets in our Annual Fundraising Draw. Tickets are available from Johnny Watters and Club Officials priced at 5 euro each or a book of 3 for only 10 euro. Our U16 Boys and Girls squads attended last Sundays semi final in Croke Park. Thanks to the coaches that accompanied the kids on what was a fantastic occasion.

Our senior team take on Tubbercurry in the quarter final of the championship this weekend with the day, time and venue yet to be confirmed. The sides met in the semi final of the competition in 2013 with Tubbercurry emerging winners. Best of luck to Jimmy Lagans side and we hope that as many supporters as possible will come out this weekend and get behind the team.  

Our U16  Boys A squad had a fine 6-05 to 3-07 win away to Curry in the championship last week while our U14 Boys C squad  also enjoyed success with a 7-07 to 3-07 victory over Castleconnor.

However on Tuesday 26th our Minor boys were beaten at home by Coolaney/Mullinabreena in the championship by 7-13 to 5-07.

Club Representatives are continuing  call to houses in the locality seeking support for our major fundraising initiative to complete work on the development of an underage pitch at Monsignor Hynes Park. We are selling 500 plots at 100 euro each on our new pitch and the names of all purchasers will be recorded on a  plaque adjacent to the new pitch. The support of everyone for this venture would be greatly appreciated.

The monthly Club meeting will take place next Monday night September 8th at 9.00pm.
