  • Our U16s came up second best in their county final against Tourlestrane last Tuesday. Huge credit must go to the players for their commitment throughout the year and it was unfortunate that things didn't go their way. It took great character to come out of C League to B Championship and reach the final and a big thank you must go to Francie O'Dowd their coach. We look forward to following this promising bunch of players next year.
  • Preparations are going well for our Intermediate Semi-Final against Shamrock Gaels on Sunday in Markievicz Park. The team kept their Division 1 league hopes alive with a 3 point win over Eastern Harps in Keash on Sunday. All support for the semi-final is needed and throw in on Sunday is at 2.30.
  • The Community Park was a hive of activity last Wednesday as the U6,U8 and U10 team rounded of their year with a party. With over 50 children to cater for thanks to the ladies who provided refreshments. It was a great year for all involved and everyone has made huge progress in developing their skills. Many thanks to the coaches and parents for their assistance throughout the year.
  • Good luck to Kyle Gormanley, Luke Marren, Conor, Mitchell and Shane Murray who represent the club in the Connacht U12s skills competition this Friday at the Connacht Centre of Excellence.
