Our Senior men won their first league game of the season on a scoreline of 2-7 to 1-8 against Bunninaden in Oxfield on Sunday.  A fine Niall Collery goal early in the first half was the difference between the teams at half-time.  John Bellew scored a second early in the second half which left the home side 7 points to the good.  Bunninaden to their credit fought back & scored a opportunist goal resulting a nervy finish and a 2 point margin of victory.  Well done to Stephen Ward on achieving a first victory as team manager.  The team on duty was - Justin Lyons, Tommy Finnegan, John McGowan (Capt), Stephen Regan, John Harvey, Neil Ewing, Dara Long, Brian Monaghan, Sean Peyton, Jude McGarry, Niall Collery, Kevin Davey, Niall Canning, Alan O'Dowd & John Bellew Subs: Conor Davey & Eoin Gaughan.
