Commiserations the Sligo seniors on their Connacht final loss to Mayo. Best of luck to Niall Carew and his charges as they hope to pick themselves up for the qualifier against Tyrone.

Best of Luck to the Sligo Minors in their replay against Galway and in particular our own Brian Mahon. They did us proud in Roscommon coming owe so close to capturing that elusive minor title and hopefully they can finish the job next time out.

Our Seniors claimed the Division 3 league title after an enthralling final in Stenson Park where in awful conditions they defeated St. Marys 1-13 to 0-11. This was one the teams main aim this year and it earns them a place in Division 2 of the league next year. Next up is Curry in the Junior championship at Connolly Park on Sunday at 12. Please come out and support.

The Junior B side will get their championship campaign underway this Saturday as they host St Patricks. They will be hoping to build on a solid league campaign and top their group which also holds St Johns.

U-14 's were beaten this evening by a rampant Tourlestrane in their first championship outing. This will no doubt be the lads toughest assignment in the campaign and it's important they keep the chins up and look forward to next week's match away to Castleconnor.

Well done to the u-12 boys who reached the county final with fine 0-12 0-11 win over Calry on Tuesday evening in a pulsating encounter at Connolly Park.
