Mandatory Coaching Standards for ALL Club and County teams are applicable for the 2016 season as approved by Ard Chomhairle.#

The standards are as follows:

• Inter County Management Teams - All Inter-County Management teams will contain an Award 2 coach. This person would ideally be the head coach;
• Club Management Teams - All Club Management teams will contain an Award 1 coach.

 Counties are asked to target Club Management teams where an Award 1 Coach is required and provide them with the opportunity to complete the relevant Award 1 Programme.

Inter-County Management Teams will be approached in the coming weeks in cooperation with the Provinces and Counties to advise of Award 2 Programmes available and the Award 2 Assimilation Programme - further correspondence on this process will issue in due course.
