Our
intermediate team have an important final round assignment next Sunday in
Division Two when they host Geevagh from 12pm in Quigabar. Best of luck to
everyone involved.
U-16
The U-16
team have a break in action for a month or so until the opening round of the
championship, when they will play Castleconnor in round one. Training continues
this week.
U-14
Our U-14s
kick off their championship campaign on July 29th with an away fixture
against ST Farnan’s. Training continues this week.
U-12
Our U-12
boys play their semi-final against St Patrick’s on Tuesday week (July 26th).
Youth Disco
As part of
this week’s Black Pig Festival, we will be running a youth disco in the Diamond
Coast Hotel on Sunday 24th as part of the programme of events. Justy
from iRadio will be there on the night so it promises to be a great night. It
gets underway from 8pm. Don’t miss out!
Blotto
There was no
winner of last Saturday’s blotto draw. The draw takes place every Saturday
night and your support is greatly appreciated.
Hurling
Commiserations
to Tom Mahon and the Sligo U-21 hurlers on their loss to Fermanagh last
weekend. Hard luck also to Western Gaels who were beaten in the Senior
Championship on Sunday by Naomh Eoin.
