The next Club Lotto Draw will take place on Monday September 5th at 8.30pm. Thank you to everyone for their continued support for this important fundraiser. Our U14 A Boys have qualified for the final of the A Championship against Ballymote/Bunninadden. The final takes place this Friday night August 26th in Markievicz Park at 7.00pm. Already its been a very successful season for the squad having won the A League and represented Sligo in the Feile competition in Cork. We hope a large crowd will come out and get behind the lads as they seek to make it a rare A League and championship double for the season.
This Thursday evening our victorious B League winning Minor Boys take on Owenmore Gaels in the quarter final of the A Championship in Connolly Park at 7.00pm.
Its quarter final stage in the Intermediate championship this Saturday August 27th when St Molaise Gaels take on Shamrock Gaels in Markievicz Park at 6.15pm. This is likely to be a close fought encounter with the Riverstown side winners when the sides met in the semi final of the Kiernan Cup a few weeks ago. However Jimmy Langan's side go into this fixture on a good run of form but will hope that injuries to a number of key players will have cleared up in time for Saturday's game.
Sunday sees our Junior team open their championship campaign with an away fixture against Castleconnor at 1.00pm.
