The men's team season came to an end in Kilcoyne Park on Saturday evening when Tourlestrane defeated us in the Junior championship. In a game where former county stars Eamonn O'Hara and Gerry McGowan caused endless problems that we couldn't cope with. There was four points between the sides at half time. We looked in control midway through second half after goals from Kevin Gallagher and 2 from Hughie Marren. But Tourlestrane clawed their way back and in injury time hit the winner. It was a disappointing end to the year. Thanks to Reggie McNulty for taking on the management this year. He put a huge effort in but unfortunately this wasn't reflected in results. Team lined out : Niall Brennan, Jack McIntyre, Padraig Murtagh, Ciaran McIntyre, Jordan Brennan, Joe Neary, Kevin Gallagher, Fergus Leonard, Brian McIntyre, Evander Brennan, Damien Sweeney, Gerrard Mullarkey, Hughie Marren, Ronan Leonard, Brian Towey. Subs: Niall McCarrick, Chris Cunnie, Cian Ginty, James Armstrong.

Minors beat St Farnans on Thursday in the quarter final of the championship. We play the semi final against  Easkey/Enniscrone on Friday evening in Tubbercurry. Come out and support the lads.

We play Bunninadden/Ballymote in the under 16 shield semi final on Wednesday at 6.45pm in Bunnninaden.

Great win for U14s in county B semi final on Friday evening. St. Pats were a formidable opposition with two points separating the teams with 8 minutes remaining. However a late rally of goals from our lads proved decisive. The final in 2 weeks will be against old rivals Eastern Harps.

Congratulations to Fiona Towey who got married on Saturday.
