The club held a draw for All-Ireland football tickets last Friday in Doddys Bar. Thank you to everyone who entered.  Winners are Gerry Gormely, Paul Mullin, Fergal Sexton, Ursula Gilhouly, Maria White, Battie McGrath, and Joe Stagg. 

Minor team beat Drumcliffe/Rosses Point last Friday in the semi final of the B2 championship, game played in Oxfield.  Score Ballymote 3-17 Drumcliffe/Rosses Point 2-2.  Well done team and management and good luck in the final next Friday in Scarden at 6pm against St Patricks.

U 13 Feile Ballymote/Bunninadden beat Eastern Harps last Tuesday in Keash. Score Ballymote/Bunninadden 2-12 Eastern Harps 2-9.  Their next game is Tuesday 20th September against St Molaise Gaels in Corran Park at 6.15pm and they will also play St Marys 25th September in Kent Park at 11.00am.  Good luck teams in your competitions.

The club would like to welcome  and congratulate John Vahey on his appointment of U 21 manager.  John played senior football and managed Oliver St Plunketts in Dublin prior to moving to Ballymote. We wish John and his selectors Pat McGrath and Andrew Brehony well.

Nursery scheme for U 6 is returning 4th October in Colaiste Mhuire school gym for 4 weeks, more details will follow.

Tables for Boston Tea fundraising event planned for  8th October in aid of Ballymote GAA club are booking up fast.  Thank you to Hosts who have already volunteered and you contact Maria White or Pamela Brennan to book a table and be a host.
