There will be an important Club Meeting this Thursday night October 20th at 9.00pm to start off discussions on a new 5 Year Development Plan for the Club covering all aspects of Club affairs on and off the field. Everyone who would like to play a role however large or small in helping to shape the long term development of St Molaise Gaelsl is invited to attend.
   
The next Club Lotto Draw takes place on Tuesday November 1st at 8.30pm.  Thank you to everyone for their continued support for this important fundraiser. Volunteers to assist with the running of the Lotto are urgently needed. Anyone who can spare a couple of hours once every eight weeks or so would be very welcome and can contact Thomas Kilfeather 087-2626849 or Sean Herron 087-7691850.
 
 

Last Saturday marked the end of the underage football season as Monsignor Hynes Park hosted huge crowds for our Club Day incorporating the finals of the Parish League. It was a hugely successful and enjoyable day for all. Sincere thanks to Bord na nOg Committee for all the arrangements for the event which ran to schedule all day. Thanks to Siobhan and Brenda for their hard work in the Coffee Shop, to Charlie Brady and John Doyle for all the photographs, to Lisasdell Fuels for use of lorry, to Mick and Brian on the Burger Stall , the Hoey, Gilmartin and Hargadon families for presenting Cups,  all our referees and Phil on car park management. It was a lovely community day and great finish to a great year. Finally particular thanks and well done to Coaching Officer Ownie Coyle for his outstanding work in the organisation and running of  the Leagues.


Our U21 Boys will hope to open their championship campaign with an away fixture against Shamrock Gaels in Cool on Saturday next at 4.30pm.

Our intermediate championship winning side are currently preparing for a Connacht semi final clash with Ballinamore in Carrick on Shannon on Sunday November 6th at 2.30pm. The winners of this fixture will qualify for the Connacht final to be played on Sunday November 20th.

The Cultural Committee of Sligo County Board have set Saturday November 26th as the date for the County finals of Scor na nOg with a venue yet to be confirmed. County winners will represent Sligo in the Connacht finals in Claremorris on January 15th. Competitions include Music Group, Ballad Group, Ceili Dancing, Set Dancing, Recitation/Storytelling, Novelty Act/Dramatic Presentation and Solo Singing.
