U16

The Easkey/Enniscrone-Kilglass u16 footballers put in a strong overall team performance to overcome Coolera/Strandhill last Monday.  They are now through to the A1 Championship Final this Thursday 9th November at 7pm v Tubbercurry/Cloonacool in Scarden. Best of luck to the team and management.

U21

The Easkey/Enniscrone-Kilglass u21s are through to the A Championship Semi-final v Tourlestrane, in two weeks time.

HURLING

Well done to our gallant u16s on a great run in the Connacht campaign. Having won County for the 5th year in a row, they got past Leitrim and Mayo, but lost to Roscommons Four Roads in the Semi-Final. Thank you to Padraig Hallinan and Mikey Gordon for their work, and to Michael Gordon for the kit.

Minor

No rest for the u16 lads, as many of them will be part of the Minor team, contesting the Hurling Cup Final v Tourlestrane/Curry this Saturday 11th at 2.30pm in Scarden. Best of luck to all involved.

ROUNDERS

After a busy year, the girls are winding down but keeping fit with some fun training sessions on Monday evenings

In the Schools PPSenD competition, Colaiste Iascaigh play Grange Vocational School in Easkey this week TBC. 
Well done to Owenbeg N.S. through to the Cumann na mBunscoil Finals.

HONOUR

Congratulations to Easkey GAA’s Brendan Kilgannon and John Gordon who were both honoured at the Senior County finals recently for their voluntary work with the club over the years. Both men continue to do great work for Easkey GAA behind the scenes, and are very worthy recipients of this honour.

SLIGO MASTERS

Best of luck to Martin Nealon and Dessie Sloyan and Sligo team-mates in the All-Ireland Masters Final.

SCOR

Well done to the musicians of Easkey GAA and St.Farnans GAA clubs, who attended theScór Sligo launch recently in IT Sligo. (Sligo will host the National Finals in February and April) Entries are now being accepted for the Scór na nÓg County finals on November 26th and will be accepted up until the day of competition.

LIP SYNC Sat. 18th November

Great work being done by all of the contestants, at rehearsal and at fundraising - all in an effort to produce a memorable night for the club and the community on the 18th November in The Diamond Coast. There are lots of events happening locally in the build-up to the big night, something for everyone… Thank you to all for giving of their time, they deserve great support for all their efforts.
