Ballymote are busy making preparations for the upcoming Connacht Junior Final next Sunday 19th November at 2.00pm in MacHale Pk Castlebar against Lahardane. It is the first time in our clubs history to reach a Connacht final and the  town is festooned with red n’ white bunting and flags, which can be bought in Lavins Menswear shop.

The team are reporting full fitness with no injuries concerns. Ciarian Anderson is back to full fitness after missing the semi-final with ankle injury.  This promises to be a great occasion for our club and we hope to see a huge support from Ballymote.

Buses will be provided for supporters.

Last Saturday, Corran Pk hosted and All-Ireland Masters final Sligo v Mayo.  There was a carnival atmosphere and a large crowd to match this  huge occasion. Unfortunately Sligo came up short on this occasion losing by 4 points. Thanks to Pat McGrath for organizing such a great occasion for Ballymote.

25 card playing returns this Friday night  17th November at 9.30pm  in Doddys Pub and will continue every Friday night till Christmas.
