A big thank-you to everyone who supported the clubs table quiz held on Friday night last, in support of underage football, especially to the parents who came along to support this fundraising initiative. The new season kicks-off on Sunday next with an away game against Tourlestrane in the Abbott cup competition. Training continues during the week under the watchfull eye of manager Brian McIntyre and his new management team. All club fixtures, senior and underage are available on the Sligo GAA website. The division three league starts on Sunday April 1st with a home fixture against St. Marys. All support at all the games through-out the year would be greatly appreciated by the players and management. Player registration and club membership is now due and must be paid in advance of taking part in club competition. Sympathy is extended to the family, relatives and friends of the late Jimmy McGurran Bundoran Co,Donegal who went to his eternal reward last week. He was the father of Martina McCarrick, Doomore. May he rest in peace.
