Our senior team suffered a disappointing 3-5 to 2-12 defeat to St Johns in Easkey on Saturday evening.  Next up is local rivals St Farnans in St Farnans Community Park next Saturday 21st April at 6.30 pm for round 4.

5k/10k /10 Mile Fun Run

The Fun Run was a wonderful success again this year. Over 255 people took part in the run in sunny- but windy conditions in Easkey on Sunday. Take a look on the Easkey GAA page on Facebook to see the pictures from the event.

Senior Hurling

All hurling in Easkey was called off at the weekend due to the passing of Donal Kirby, who contributed so much to West Sligo hurling over the last number of years, including the setting up of Western Gaels in the late 90s. He was the assistant secretary of the Sligo County Board at the time.  We extend our deepest sympathies to Donal’s wife Christine, his son Daniel, daughter Emma and the extended family at this sad time.
