Senior Hurling
Our senior hurlers had a good win over Tubbercurry on a scoreline of
3-24 to 1-15 in round 5 of the Senior Hurling Championship out in Tubbercurry
last Sunday morning. The next round is not until the weekend of the 1st/2nd
of September.
Minor Football
The Easkey / Enniscrone- Kilglass minors play Shamrock Gaels in round 3
of the Minor A championship on Wednesday the 9th August in Quigbar.

U16 Football
The Easkey/ Enniscrone- Kilglass u16s received a walk over from Castleconnor
last week in the B championship round 4. They lads play St Johns down in
Stenson Park for round 5 next Monday 13th.
Rounders
There was a great exhibition of rounder’s last Saturday as the Easkey
girls played Clonbroney. Best of luck to Niamh Lang representing Easkey
rounders at Croke Park this Saturday.
Trip away
The hurlers are off to Croke Park this Saturday for the All Ireland Semi
Final between Galway and Dublin. They stop off in St Brigids in Roscommon on
the way up for a few games.
Stand Renovation
After a few months under surgery, the roof of the viewing stand in
Easkey pitch has been replaced and is looking very well. Easkey would like to
thank all the people that helped out in the renovation of the viewing stand
Underage Hurling
Underage Hurling training continues during
the week as follows.
Saturday morning – u8s/ u10s/ u12s 11am – 12
at the pitch
Monday night u8s/ u10s/ u12s 8-9 pm at the
pitch (see Easkey/St Farnans page on Facebook)
U8-U10
Training continues on Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 10 in
the pitch for all U8 and U10s.
