Our Friday Coaching Camp continues this week Aug 17th running from 10.00am to 2.00pm for Boys and Girls ages 5 to 13 years. Cost 5 euro per child. Thanks to our Adult Players for their contribution to the Camp.
Our Minor Boys were beaten 2-08 to 1-09 by Eastern Harps in the A championship on Thursday last. However one win from the remaining two fixtures should see our squad through to a semi final clash.
Our U12 Hurlers were away to Easkey on August 7th and put up an excellent display before going down to a 15 scores to 4 scores defeat against a much more experienced side. In Ladies football action Our U12 Girls had an excellent home win against Owenmore Gaels on Friday evening .
Our U14 Boys have a home fixture against Easkey/St Farnans in the B Championship on Friday evening at 7.00pm.
Next Sunday August 19th our Development squad open their Junior A Championship campaign with a fixture against Curry in Connolly Park at 1.00pm. The team have already secured the Division IV League title this season and will hope to feature strongly in the A Championship this season having won the B Championship in 2017.
The next Club Lotto Draw will take place on Tuesday August 28th at 8.30pm. Thanks to everyone for their continued support for this important Club fundraiser.
Our Club "Cash for Clobber" fundraiser continues to operate. If anyone has unwanted clothes, shoes the Club would be delighted to take them. Items can be left at the Club Buildings on Saturday mornings while Coaching is ongoing.
