It was another successful weekend for Sligo handball , with 4 out of 6 Connaught title wins.At underage Ballymotes Cormac Finn was a winner in the U 15 A singles , with Castleconnors Karley Cooney winning silver in the girls.At adult level , Laura Finns winning streak continues with victory in the LBS.Gerry Coleman at GBS and Ken Cunningham at DBS were also winners , with silver for Michael Brennan in the RBS.the winners go on to All Ireland semi-finals in 2 weeks against Ulster opposition.

Well done to Ballaghaderreens Dessie Keegan who was elected Irish Handball President recently.It is a great honor for his club , county and province.

There will be an underage Blitz in Collooney next Sunday 03-03-2019 , with presentation of the 2018 Sligo championship medals.
