Many thanks to James Lawrence of Lawrence Engineering for the very generous sponsorship of training tops for the senior team. It is very much appreciated by all. 

The men’s team had a challenge game against neighbours Coolaney/ Mullinabreena on Saturday. It was a game of two halves with the visitors leading 1:10 to 2 goals at the interval. Final score Cloonacool 3:10 Coolaney/ Mullinabreena 1:15. Our goals came from Luke Byrne(2) and Jason Brennan. Well done to all. Their next game is away to St. Michaels on Sunday 21st at 3pm, all support welcome.

Best of luck to the Cloonacool/Tubbercurry U12 team who travel to Croke Park on Wednesday to take part in the Littlewoods Ireland GAA Go Games Provincial Days. During the week the team got kitted out in new gear for their trip to Croke Park. Thanks to Arken Construction and Surlis's SuperValu for sponsorship. Thanks to Cian Hanley of Game Ready Gear for taking a session with the boys ahead of their trip. 

Well done to all U8s who took part in the South Sligo division blitz on Wednesday evening in Curry.

The U14s had a disappointing defeat against Owenmore Gaels during the week. 

Well done to the U16 team on their victory over Geevagh/St. Michaels. Cloonacool/ Tubbercurry 6-8  4-9 Geevagh/St. Michaels. The u16s are away to Drumcliffe Rosses Point on 17th April at 7pm. 

The minor team play Curry at home on April 22nd at 6:30

Hard luck to the U21 Tubbercurry/Cloonacool  who narrowly lost against Easkey/ Enniscrone on a score line of 1-6  1-9. 

The club would like to send our condolences to the Walsh family and friends on the passing of Christina Walsh. May she Rest In Peace.

We would like to congratulate Sligo U17 team that won the Ulster U17 shield. Well done to player Conor Matthews and Bill Carty who was part of the back room team.

Congratulations to Sarah McIntyre and Derek Wynne on the birth of their baby boy during the week.
