The death has occured of Peggy Owens Banada, Tourlestrane.
Peggy was the niece of Owen B Hunt who sponsored the Senior County Championship Cup

Peggy Owens nee McVann, Banada, Tourlestrane, Co. Sligo - peacefully at University Hospital, Sligo.
Reposing at Coen's Funeral Home, Tubbercurry on Friday evening from 5 o’clock until 8 o’clock with removal to
St. Attracta's Church, Tourlestrane arriving at 9 o’clock.
Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday at 12 o’clock with the funeral proceeding to Rhue Cemetery.
