Sligo GAA have received and now accepted the notice of resignation from Sligo Hurling county management, manager Daithí Hand and his team.

Under their management, the team had unprecedented success winning the Lory Meagher and Nicky Rackard cups in successive years and reaching the league final in both of the last two years.

Sligo GAA wish to thank Daithí and his team for their supreme efforts and dedication to thee county team itself and hurling in the county throughout their tenure.
