Coolaney/Mullinabreena GAA Club would like to thank everyone who participated in every Step Counts Challenge over the last Eight week. We collectively clocked over 28,500 Kilometres in our virtual walk around Ireland which is the equivalent of over seven laps. We hope everyone had a positive experience completing this challenge under the current restrictions etc. Having finished in Seventh position of over fifty Connacht clubs entered is a great achievement and a testament to your dedication throughout. The main message from our Healthy Club initiative is that this is not the Finish but a chance for us to continue to embrace Exercise as an important part of our daily Lives. Let us continue “Exercising into a healthier lifestyle”.

Our track is open every day for all to use within 5km. Please remember to adhere to all guidelines. A one- way system in place. No group walking except within one’s family unit. Physical distancing is in place at all times. “Lights on our Track” at Nace O’Dowd Park continues from 7pm - 9pm every Tues & Thurs.

Our Club extends sympathy to Roisín, Michael, Tony, Danny & the extended Healy family, Lavagh on the recent passing of Vinny Healy. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
