Paddy Walsh receives Speical Achievement Award
Paddy Walsh a member of the St. Mary's  Handball  Club. Paddy is 68 and the winners of 26 All-Ireland Handball titles.  Walsh received the "Special Achievement Award" at the 2009 National  Handball Awards in Croke Park on  Saturday evening last. Walsh who  had his  two hips done in 2004 & 2005 has came back magnificently winning 5  more handball titles in an illustrious handball career.
Walsh has also  7 County Football titles with the Collooney/Ballisodare site and one  County title with St. Mary's. Walsh also represented  Sligo at  Junior/Senior Level in football. The Sligo Co. Handball Board would  like to pass on their congratulations to Paddy on a outstanding  achievement.
