Darren Gaughan, Tourlestrane Club, became ill in LImerick where he was living while studying at the L.I.T. and despite the best efforts of his fellow students and the medical staff of Limerick Regional Hospital he lost his life on Thursday when he was just short of his 18th., birthday.
     Darren was on the panel of his native Tourlestrane team which took part in this year's Senior County Final. His brothers Gary and Noel played in that final and are well known County players at Senior and Junior level.

Kilure Aclare- Remains reposing at the family home in Kilure on Saturday from 11 am. with removal on Sunday to arrive in the Church of the Holy Rosary , Kilmactigue for 1-30pm.Requiem Mass. Funeral afterwards to Kilmactigue Cemetery .
