Congrats to both Summerhill and St.Attractas on two fine victories. They both need all the support they can get so lets all get behind them. People from all parts of the county should be heading to Charlestown on sat 13th on what is set to be a great day for Sligo!!So let all your friends and neighbours know and get them to hit the road......

great to see summerhill and st attractas both in the connaught A and B colleges finals , both finals will be played in charlestown on sat 13th march , hope both get the huge support they deserve on what is the bigest day for underage football in sligo for some time , best of luck to all concerned .

st.attractas v rice

Its on in Parke near Castlebar. Will be very tight game though, the Connacht Telegraph last week completely wrote off Attracta's chances so will be interesting as Attracta's are very good in my opinion dont think Rice will have it easy kinda fancy Attracta's. I think St.Geralds will shade the "A" final and the winner of Tubber or Westport to win the "B".

St Attracta's

Where do St Attracta's play their Connacht semi final. I think it is on Wed but do not know the venue. Good luck to Anthony Brennan and lets hope he can go all the way again this year. It does not seem that long ago since David Kelly, Gary Gaughan and Stephen Henry won their All Ireland medals. What are the odds on Sligo schools winning both A and B Connacht titles this year ??

well done to summerhill on reaching the connaught colleges A final , hope it is the start of great things to come from the sligo college , over the last number of years all the clubs around sligo town have produced great under age players but they seem to dissapear after maby under 14 , so its great to see a really good senior team in summerhill , but the trick now is the get some good teams on a concistent basis out of all our 2nd level colleges esp summerhill , its vital that our underage players get to compete against the best in connaught and realise they are as good as any minor from any other county , so well done to all the clubs involved and to liam og gormley n charlie harrison , who have been working very hard , lests hope its the start of something special for underage football in sligo .
