Three teams took part in the Hurling Feile Qualifying Competition held in the Sligo GAA Centre of Excellence at Scarden last weekend .; Drumcliffe/Rosses Point; Naomh Eoin; and Easkey /St. Farnans. The first game was a meeting of Easkey/St. Farnans and Naomh Eoin and it was Easkey/St.Farnan's who came out on the right side.
The second game was very close between Drumcliffe/Rosses Point and Naomh Eoin with Naomh Eoin coming out on top by 1 point 1-2 to 1-1. This turned out to effectively be a final to decide Sligo's B representative in the National Feile.
The Final Game saw Easkey /St. Farnans beat Drumcliffe/Rosses Point very well to win the competition and represent Sligo at A level. The National Feile na Gael Finals take place in Ulster on 19-21st June.
