Tourlestrane v St.Mary's
Tourlestrane appear to be playing in second or third gear this championship but are still better than all their opposition. Marys will bring a different dynamic to the game and will try and and test them against the champions or will they. Tubber were short a good few players the last round. Marys are in the relegation zone but would expect Tourlestrane to take care of Molaise in the last round. Expecting Marys to show a lot of effort early on but this Tourlestrane team are experts at withstanding an early rush and then imposing their game on the opposition.

Tourlestrane

Tubbercurry v Shamrock Gaels
Tubbercurry will be hoping that their injuries are beginning to clear up so they can face into a game which will in all likelihood decide who are runner up to Tourlestrane in the group. Shamrock Gaels young squad is showing a huge appetite for work and their good run in the league coupled with the Leo Kenny competition means they have a squad who have all got plenty of game time. The depth of the Gaels squad gives them the nod.

Gaels

Coolera/Strandhill v Eastern Harps
Harps need the win. Calry are undefeated in the group but the other teams in the group are looking both up and down towards the playoffs or relegation. At the moment Harps are the team in the weakest position and it is had to see where they will get the scores in this game from a very tight and physical Coolera defence. Will it come down to a game of the free takers, if so expect Murphy to come out on top. Midfield will be an interesting game where Kevin Banks has been putting in a lot of hard work but Thomas Cryan in one of the best club players in Sligo for a number of years. Going with momentum here and the boys from the peninsula

Coolera

Coolaney/Mullinabreena v Drumcliffe/Rosses Point
This will probably be the tightest game of the weekend. Both teams have been competitive in their games so far. Mullinabreena have been more exciting going forward in my opinion but rely heavily on the Gormans for their scores. Drumcliffe depend on Logan for the majority of their scores but get a lot of honest effort. They are a strong physical side which is what turned the game against Coolera for Mullinabreena when they seemed to stand back and watch. They sorted this issue out in the last round and expect them to be victorious but only just on Sunday evening.
