Congratulations to our U-15 team (last years U-14s) who won the delayed 2020 championship plate on Monday last in the Sligo centre of excellence. The lads put in an excellent performance against a strong and determined Ballymote/Bunninadden side and came out on top with the final scoreline reading 3-09 to 1-07. The Easkey/St Farnans goals were scored by Conor Lang, Míchéal McDonagh and Niall Willis. Best wishes to the team for the season ahead as they will shortly commence their U-15 championship campaign. Many thanks also to their coaches Kieran, Eugene, Frances and Martin for all their work with the team.

Our senior hurlers and intermediate footballers had good work outs recently against Toreen and Castleconnor respectively. Thanks to both clubs off hosting these games. The intermediate footballers first game of the season is away to Owenmore gaels on Saturday evening at 7pm in the Benson Cup.

Easkey/St Farnans U-17 footballers started off their campaign with a narrow defeat against Shamrock Gaels on Tuesday evening. It was a great battling performance and something to build on for the year ahead

On Wednesday the U-13 footballers will play their Covid delayed 2020 U-12 shield semi final away in Bunninadden at 6:45pm while on the same evening we host Coolera/Strandhill & St Molaise Gaels in a U-11 & U-9 hurling blitz. On Friday evening at 7:30 we host Aodh Rua Ballyshannon in round 1 of the Táin Óg league. Best wishes to all teams and managements for the season ahead.
