Intermediate 

Our Intermediate team’s year came to a close on Sunday with a 2-16 to 1-9 defeat to St Molaise Gaels in their final group game. This was a much improved performance from the lads following on from the disappointment of the week before. However, our opponents finished stronger to run out winners. After four rounds, our lads have finished in third position which means their season is now at an end.  

The club extends its thanks to all the players, team manager Michael Duffy and his backroom team of Declan Rouse, Paddy Martin, Declan Hughes, Michael Gordon and Cian Mulrooney for their efforts this year.  

U-17 

Our U-17s, joined with St Pats, went down to defeats to St Mary’s and Coolera/Strandhill last week.  

U-15 

Our U-15s are through to the Division ‘A’ shield final following a 3-16 to 3-7 win over St Mary’s last week. The lads play St Molaise Gaels in the decider on Sunday morning (October 3rd) at 11am in Markievicz Park. Best of luck to everyone involved.  

U-13 

Commiserations to our U-13s on losing out to Castleconnor in their championship semi-final last week. Well done to all the players and management on their work this year.
