The U17 boys lost 2-20 to 0-9 against a strong St Mary's team in the final of the A League. Hard luck to all involved. The Senior Ladies secured their Intermediate Championship status for next year with a 1-13 to 0-8 win over St Farnans on Sunday. The team was: Mairead Tuohy, Catherine Tuohy, Ellie McDermott, Naomh Quinn, Lousie Merrick, Siobhan Brennan, Isobel Clark, Jade Lyons, Aoife Morrisroe, Roisin Kearns, Aine O'Connell, Aoife O'Connor, Erin Mullaney, Jane Benson, Rachel Boyd. Subs used: Riby Clark, Hannah Willis, Aisling Boyd, Lisa Callaghan, Meabh Callaghan. This was our first year playing at Intermediate level at both Championship and League and it is great to consolidate our position at this level so we can build for next year. Thanks to the management team of John Quinn, Cormac Kearns, Marina Swann and Mark Tuohy for their work with the team this year.
