We held the 2022 awards last Saturday with medals presented for the U16 Girls B Championship, U15 Boys C Championship, U14 Girls Shield and U13 Boys A Shield winning teams. The Girls player of the year awards went to Keeva Clancy U10, Casey McLoughlin, U11,  Grace Mullen U12, Penny Barlow U14, Leanne Galvin U16 and Sorcha Mullaney U18. The boys winners were Sean McMorrow, U11, Eli Cassidy U13, Miceal Garry U14, Cruz Lyons U15 and Ciaran Kenny U17.  The overall player of the year went to Leanne Galvin. Well done to all the winners and thanks to the Kearns family for sponsorsing the awards.

Registration is now open for 2023 and all members should register through www.foireann.ie. It is important that all players are registered as soon as possible in order to be eligble and insured to play in the new season.  
The annual National Club Draw for a first prize of a car are now in circulation. This is an important fundraiser for the club and 100% of the proceeds are retained by the club and invested in coaching and development of our teams. Tickets for €10 can be purchased through foireann when you register or tickets available from any executive member.
We continue to recruit coaches for the coming year and appeal to any parents interested in getting involved at any level to contact us. Full training will be given and it always good to get new people involved - please contact Michelle McMorrow on 087 6157455.
There is just two weeks to go in the Ireland Lights up walking initiative, so join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8PM in Riverstown Park.
