Sligo GAA is very pleased this year to continue its relationship with the Connolly Motor Group who have been kind enough again to provide the Sligo senior football team with a customised Volkswagen Transporter van for use in transporting the team’s kit and equipment to and from all training and games.

The van has been custom painted to carry the Sligo GAA and Club Sligo liveries. The new vehicle had its first long trip last weekend and Sligo GAA kitman Aidan Carty was pleased to report on a successful trip to the heat of the Garden County as the Sligo team saw off Wicklow to get their first points in this year’s Allianz National League.
