The Senior Div 1 team had a good 2-22 to 1-6 win over Enniscrone/Kilglass last week to move into second place in the Division. They are due to take on Curry in round 7 on Saturday 28th June.

The Div 3 team's next game is Sunday 29th June away to Drumcliffe/Rosses Point.

The Div 4 team take on Enniscrone/Kilglass at home next Friday at 7.30PM.

Hard luck to Sligo Senior team and the Gaels players involved, Evan Lyons, David Quinn, Dillon McDermott, Daniel Lyons, Lee Deignan and Shane Deignan on their exit from the Tailteann Cup and we wish manager Tony McEntee and his management the best of luck.

The Ladies game did not go ahead last Sunday due to a bereavement. New date to be confirmed. 

The U16 girls play St Johns away on Monday at 7.00PM.

The U14 Division 4 girls lost to Eoghan Rua 2 in the Shield final at home last Monday on a scoreline of 3-11 to 5-7. In difficult conditions we led at halftime but a very strong second half performance from Eoghan Rua resulted in a two point win. The team was: Shauna McTiernan, Aoife O'Connor, Ciara Byrne, Keeva Clancy, Lauren Kearns Chapman, Aimee Mullaney, Lauren Orr, Sarah Jayne Scanlon, Bronagh Conlon, Elyse Medas (1-2), Any Edwards (1-4), Niamh Kennedy, Hollie White, Kate Murrin (0-2), Kate Jinks (1-3). subs used Lola Cunnane, Victoria Barlow, Clodagh Galvin, Aoife Garry and Lexi Mullaney.

The U12 girls played Eastern Harps on Saturday at the festival of football in Tubbercurry in what was a great day enjoyed by all.

The U11 boys host Coolera/Strandhill and St Michael's on Tuesday at home at 7.00PM in a blitz.

The u11 girls enjoyed two games this week with Eoghan Rua 2 providing the opposition on Monday and Drumcliffe/Rosses Point on Saturday at the Sligo LGFA festival of Football. 
The U10 girls will play Eastern Harps away on Friday.

The winner of last week's 50/50 draw was Tadhg McMorrow who won €809.

The club wish to express sympathy with the family and relatives of Annie McCaul (née McDermott), Gweedore and formerly of Castlebaldwin who died last week.
